Meditation - Intro

  1. Loving Kindness & Subtle mind
  2. Visualizations of Happiness, Joy and Exuberant Health
I chose these meditation exercises to foster mental fitness because they help me to feel the unconditional love of God, peace and joy.

Specifically the Subtle mind deep breathing exercises help the body to relax and the mind and spirit to clear and focus... followed by the Loving Kindness exercises, which help put me into a state of higher consciousness, or an eternal, immortal perspective, centering on feeling love and kindness personally and then universally.... these exercises are both very good as a prelude to prayer and revelation..

The Visualization meditations are wonderful to remember the most joyful, spiritual and impactful times of our lives and in remembering them, feel again how we felt at that time.. and then incorporating that love and those joyful spiritual feelings and emotions into today... having our minds play upon them, creating those feelings again... changing our perspective and focus as well to a more immortal or higher consciousness plane.... feeling loved.
