Aesclepian Healing

      Focusing on emulation of God, feeling and understanding his personality, perspective, and the character traits that he possesses, helps with Aesclepian healing.. The merging and channeling of energy during helps you feel connected and spiritually integrated. The unity and harmony you feel will effect you for a long time afterwards and assist you in staying  integrated spiritually for a long period of time -- These techniques are very helpful and healing, in particularly in connecting us to our Heavenly Father, in a state that is open, mindful and prayerful.

         In choosing  to identify with and merge light and energy from God, I found it was a beautiful experience and the feelings have remained with me.

                          "One cannot lead another where one has not gone himself” .

           I believe this phrase applies to understanding, using and integrating the principles that we teach in our own lives, being an example of them and then being able to lead and teach others. 
          We can't help others to experience and understand things that we have no personal knowledge of or experience of... we need to be the example of what we expect others to emulate..
          In a health and wellness profession this would be particularly true as you are being set up as an authority and expert on the issues and the clients/patients need to be able to trust you and follow your lead.. everyone is looking for a sure bugle call.  What better way to inspire trust and confidence than to radiate the principles ourselves.  In our personal lives we increase our capacity for calm, peace, love and kindness as we perfect and act upon these principles.
