  2. As you learn more techniques to bring yourself into a meditative state you will probably want to start using guided meditations. A guided meditation is an exercise that is perfect in relieving the daily stress you are facing by simply learning how to concentrate and focus long enough to get a few minutes of peaceful relaxation.
